Shipping policy

Our products are made fresh and do not contain any preservatives, please remember to immediately refrigerate or freeze upon receiving. We ship our product Monday through Wednesday in order to ensure freshness. Sea moss pouches will be shipped using USPS inside a thermal sleeve accompanied with an ice pack.
